Slow-cooked pork shoulder, our special spicy house made BBQ sauce, wrapped in a crêpe.

Sliced zucchini, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, shallots, bell peppers, and garlic roasted with olive oil, covered in shredded gruyere & wrapped in a crêpe.
